TITLE: Association Managers and Administrators
DEFINITION: Direct and coordinate activities of professional, trade, or business associations to achieve goals, objectives, and standards of association.
TASKS:
1. Coordinates committees or board of directors of association to evaluate services, recommend new programs, or promote association.
2. Plans, directs, or participates in preparation and presentation of educational material to membership or public using various media.
3. Plans, develops, and implements new programs and ideas based on evaluation of current programs.
4. Directs and coordinates association functions, such as conventions, exhibits, and local or regional workshops or meetings.
