    TASKS:

    1. Directs worker activities in service establishments, such as travel agency, health club, or beauty salon, or in customer service departments.

    2. Plans and adjusts work schedule and assigns duties to meet customer demands.

    3. Coordinates sales promotion activities and sells services to clients.

    4. Communicates with customer to ascertain needs, advise on services, adjust complaints, or negotiate contracts.

    5. Keeps records of work hours, labor costs, expenditures, receipts, and materials used, to analyze and prepare operation reports or budget.

    6. Observes worker performance and reviews employees' work to ensure accuracy or quality of work.

    7. Interviews and hires personnel.

    8. Orients and trains new personnel in job duties, safety and health rules, company policies, and performance requirements.

    9. Confers with employees to give performance feedback, assist with providing services, and solve problems.
