TITLE: Sales Representatives, Service
DEFINITION: Contact prospective customers to sell services, such as educational courses, dance instructions, cable television, furniture repair, auto leasing, and burial needs.
TASKS:
1. Interviews customer to ascertain and evaluate needs and wishes of customer.
2. Explains advantages and features of service being rented or sold to stimulate customer's interest.
