Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in servicing and promoting shipper accounts for parcel-delivery firm: Reviews records indicating shipper parcel volume, claims for damaged and lost parcels, and deficiencies in parcel preparation for pickup and delivery. Discusses service to shippers with assigned representatives to develop plans of service.
