TITLE(s): DIRECTOR, STATE-ASSESSED PROPERTIES (government ser.) Directs local or statewide program of real estate and property assessment equalization to facilitate adjustments in tax base and rates resulting from changes in property values: Devises procedures for compiling, computing, and analyzing valuation data according to knowledge of statistical principles and accepted valuation theories [VALUATION ENGINEER (profess. & kin.)].
