TITLE: Administrative Services Managers
DEFINITION: Plan, direct, and coordinate supportive services of an organization, such as recordkeeping, mail distribution, telephone reception, and other office support services. May oversee facilities planning, maintenance, and custodial operations. Include facilities managers. Exclude procurement managers.
TASKS:
1. Coordinates activities of clerical and administrative personnel in establishment or organization.
