soap & rel.--SOAP, CLEANING, AND TOILET PREPARATION INDUSTRY: This designation includes
occupations concerned with manufacturing soap, soap base products, and glycerin. The
principal soap products are bar, liquid, powdered, and paste soaps, soap chips, and
soaps blended with perfume, cold cream, lanolin, and other cosmetic ingredients for
use as toilet products. Occupations concerned with the manufacture of such toilet
articles as shaving cream, lotions, and toothpaste are included here.
