Starts machine and feeds unlined cans into openings in dial-type holder that positions cans to receive injection of measured amount of paste and spins cans to distribute paste evenly. Pushes unlined cans into opening to eject lined cans, dropping them onto conveyor belt leading to dryer. Removes excess paste from face of dial, using hand scraper.
