Turns screws to adjust fuel rack and governor, using wrenches and screwdriver, and aligns timing marks on crankshaft, camshaft, and flywheel. Installs and connects fuel, lubrication, and cooling piping, using pipe benders, cutters, and threaders. Connects engine to test equipment, such as dynamometer, and runs engine for specified time to test horsepower at designated revolutions per minute. May disassemble engine for shipping.
