TITLE(s): CELLAR SUPERVISOR (beverage) Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in operation of winery cellars: Directs workers in crushing grapes, fermenting and fortifying juice, finishing and aging wine, operating portable pumps to transfer wine, and racking wine (filtering).
